Determining self-storage demand per person is an essential step early in your land search. There is not a one-size-fits-all all number for every location since demand can and does vary from state to state and even area to area within a state or city.
Demand calculations are simple using an online service that provides the population and the existing self-storage square footage.
We use www.Radiusplus.com to help us to review and determine the existing self-storage and the existing and pipeline facilities.
Radius Plus provides both the existing and pipeline (proposed) self-storage in sq/person for a given radius. It should be noted all existing and pipeline facilities may not be included in online sites, so you need to both drive the area to confirm the existing competition and ask the city if there has been any recent submissions or approvals for new self-storage.

luongson hôm trước mình cũng tò mò vào thử vì thấy nhiều người nhắc, ai ngờ giao diện nhìn khá dễ chịu. Vừa mở ra là thấy họ đẩy mấy khối trận nổi bật lên trước nên khỏi phải mò lâu, lướt cái là biết hôm nay có gì đáng xem. Mình để ý phần xem trực tiếp load cũng nhanh, bấm qua lại trên điện thoại không bị giật kiểu khó chịu. Không phải dạng trang nhồi chữ, thông tin chia theo từng khối nên mắt đỡ mệt. Nói chung mình chỉ ghé xem cho biết thôi mà thấy cách họ sắp xếp lịch thi đấu gọn gàng, cập nhật liên tục ngay trong phần lịch thi đấu.

No geral é um site mais “limpo”, sem firula, e dá pra ir direto pro ponto só seguindo os blocos e os headings da página inicial.
