Construction underway for a new Storage Authority Self Storage Facility

Construction has started on the 96,000 sf Storage Authority® Carolina self-storage facility. The project is 96,000 square feet and 29 RV parking spaces.  It will have both climate-controlled units and drive-up non-climate units. The 8-acre parcel is located at 865 Carolina Road, Suffolk, Virginia.  A grand opening is anticipated for the summer of 2026.

We recently sold our business and are looking forward to putting our business experience into our self-storage business.
