I understand a self storage Franchise is not for you.

I asked my best friend if he wanted to partner with me when I built my first self storage. He said no, but maybe after I had a track record. When I built my second, I asked again and still got a no. Big huge mistake. I have doubled and redoubled my original investment 6 times. Do the paperwork that huge.

I did not ask when I built my third facility. Now, regularly, I get people who ask me if I want to partner with them.

I have talked to many prospects about our Storage Authority Franchise. And the majority said no. Basically, they were saying no to self storage and owning their own business. I followed up with most of them a year later, and none have moved forward with self storage or even another  business.

I get it, only 1 to 3 percent of the population have the belief and determination it takes to own their own business.
