  4. Your landscaping is bold and in great condition.

  5. Your office is large and jam packed with moving supplies

  6. Your managers use selling scripts. Including the scripts to the 8 common concerns renters have so they can over come concerns and ask for the rent again and rent today.

  7. You have and share 4 unique selling features your competition does not have.

  8. A great website that ranks on page 1 , takes payments and rents on line. tons of 5 star reviews

  9. Have a kiosk

  10. Your manager knows how to sell, sell sell. Sell the unit, sell the facility, sell themselves, sell the advantage of renting today.
