Construction has started on the 81,700 sf Storage Authority Poinciana Blvd self-storage facility. The project consists of 5 single-story buildings, consisting of climate-controlled units and drive-up non-climate units. The parcel is located at 1915 S. Poinciana BLVD, Kissimmee, Florida. A grand opening is anticipated for December 2026.
