Kevin’s extensive experience in self-storage development, knocking on doors, technology, and property acquisitions will bring the Storage Authority Development Platform to new heights.

Storage Authority is the only self-storage franchise in the US.  They have 31 franchise owners located across the US.  Kevin will be laser-focused on helping the several franchisees going to construction this year and new franchise owners Searching for land.

Kevin began his career in retail managing large teams at Circuit City Corporation, where he was a Store Director, Area Manager, and Grand Opening Consultant. After Circuit City closed Kevin joined U-Haul Company of Texas as an Area Field Manager, and within a year was promoted to Marketing Company President of U-Haul Company of North Texas.  Kevin was responsible for great growth within the U-Haul organization where he was able to purchase, acquire, and build many self-storage facilities, and oversaw additions to several others.

Kevin has knocked on many doors looking for land for new self-storage developments.  He knows how important finding the right property is, and how hard it is.  Kevin knows that through persistence, consistency, and accountability, finding land to build self-storage facilities is an attainable goal.
