  • Solar powered energy for lighting and operations

  • Large and oversized monument and building signs. Big pop!

  • Customer beverage bar. Water, coffee, soda. Minimal cost for a great perk.

  • Remarkable and oversized office/showroom. WOW them right away!

  • FREE Wi-Fi for customers. Helps them feel like they are invited and a friend.


There will always be new ideas in the pipeline. Some are already here and being implemented. I suggest you visit a SSA show or self storage convention to see the latest and greatest technology. Also, you can tour new facilities to see what they are installing. Carefully weigh the cost of implementation and be sure there is really an added value for the customer. It does not always have to be expensive, but something that really causes the customer to think about your facility again and will cause them to refer you to a friend.
