Storage Authority is excited to announce a new franchise facility is under design in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This will be the second Storage Authority self-storage facility in NJ. The land contract has been signed and the due diligence is underway. Franchise owners Mike and Amy are looking to build a home town, premier 80,000 SF self-storage facility on 9.7 acres of land. Mike and Amy chose storage as a “second career” for its long history of stable returns and proven value-creation. The franchise model through Storage Authority provides them not only with a plug-and-play operational framework, but considerable ground-up development and design expertise as well.

Before the deal was inked Mike had his design contracts in hand so he could sign them the same day the land contract was accepted. And within a week they had their first design conference call with their Engineer, Architect, Builder, and Storage Authority with this preliminary concept plan by Storage Authority.
