Out of time? - now what?

Everyone runs out of time every week and there is always more to do. A franchisor job is to let it's franchise owners where they should spend their limited time for the biggest rewards. From experience I can tell every second you spend helping your managers perfect the skill of getting 5 star reviews is paramount in over sized profits. It is so important most REITs have a quota for managers and if not met 2 months in a row they are fired.


Google reviews can be up to 25% of your website SEO and we all know how valuable it is to be listed number one on google. And of course where there are so many choices everyone reads google reviews before they purchase. And they are looking for both quanity and quality



Here is an example of a Storage Authority office counter sign to make it easy for the manger to ask for and get a review on the spot. Who would be leave it is simple as hover over the QR code and leave a google review.


Here are the simple 7 steps:


1) Make to manditoroy that every new renter is asked for a 5 star review. Encourage them to leave review before they leave.

2) Make it manditroy that exiting renters are asked for a 5 star review with each contact.

3) Make it easy for them to leave a review - Have a link in the office & or email them a link.

4) Have a written 5 star review scrip.

5) If they don't leave the review in the office make the request by providing them a reminder just before they leave. Name, I appreciate you taking the time to leave me a review. I can't wait to read it.

6) Respond to every review.

7) Secret shop and make sure each renter is properly asked to leave a review.
