Self Storage vs McDonaldS Income

We all know you can become a millionaire with Self Storage or McDonalds.

You may not think an employee at Self Storage or McDonald can become a millionaire but here are the facts. Of course many people make 5 times as much Ben and never become a millionaire. But 33% of millionaires made under $100,000 a year.

The second Millionaire option is buying and holding stocks. If you don't have the time,( 5 hours a week) money ($750,000 cash to invest) or courage, portfolio investing is the way to go to make money over long periods of time. Check our Self Storage ownership FAQ's here:

Of course the big money rewards come from having the courage to own your own franchise. Storage Authority has multiple Franchisees who have become multi millionaires ($5Million plus) in less then 2 years after oppening their Storage Authority Self Storage. Self storage is one of the few businesses in the US where you can become a multimillionair in less than 5 years.

McDonalds owns the land and you pay rent. Storage Authority you own the land and the business to take advantage of Appreciation, Depreciation and Amoritization.

Unless you are an experienced Mc Donalds owner, McDonald is not going to let you develop from the ground up and that is where the big money is made. Storage Authority will guide you through finding land and the development process!

Do the research, typically you are going to make more $$$$$ in self storage.

We do not have any McDonalds owners in the Storage Authority yet. But when our first and second owners of Dunkin Donuts came on board I asked why Storage Authority they told me because self storage is much more profitable and has a ton less employees making it much easier. We just got a call from an owner of 50 plus Burger Kings and they are looking to diversify.
