You need 3 lines at your self storage to Make oversized profits!

I just took a flight with American airlines. When I arrived there were there counter options to serve their clients and make more profits.


The first line were priority counter. This line was for the first class and frequent flyers with a zillion points. Obviously these clients spent more money than the rest of the clients. This line was the shortest and fastest moving.


The Second one was self serve line. You did everything on one of many kiosks. The kiosk checked you in, confirmed your luggage and even printed the tags for you to put on your luggage. The person at the counter took your tagged luggage and put it on the conveyor belt. Most of the traffic went through this line.

This may not be a plane but I can tell you it goes nearly as fast as a plane. I am sure this boat owner and many other people will be more than t pay for over the top service and an Elite unit.


The last line was for people who had questions, need help and or did not want to use the kiosk. It was the slowest line by far.


And as you know every thing is ala carte when you fly including when you board and even seat location. Middle seats are the cheapest and the ones you get if you do not pay for a seat.


Are seeing the point? Not only do you need three lines at your self storage you should have Standard, & Premium & Elite units & pricing in every unitt size. Maybe the Elite unit is 20% more but it is in a better location, no admin fee, free lock and your first late fee is waived.


Think hospitallity business not self storage busines.
