Three Franchisees who have failed.

And to tell you the truth I am surprised they even signed up.


1)Too rich or content with life to look for land. This Franchise signed up and bought a HUGE boat a week later. He looked for land for about three weeks and informed us that life was too good to spend time on a new business.


2) Unwilling to look for land on his own. This franchisee contacted a real estate broker to find land for him. He put all his eggs in this one basket period. This is the least successful way we find land. There are 4 other main ways we find land. Maybe he will get lucky but we have not received one parcel of land from him to review.

And we are there to help every step oof the way!

3) The franchisee decided there was no land available after looking for a short period. Finding land is at least a 6 - 12 month time frame if you are consistent, work at least 8+ hours a week, and have bi-weekly calls with us to help guide you and to make sure you are on track so you are using your time wisely. Even if you can't put in 8 hours a week you must set a given amount of time EVERY week to find land. It can not be a couple of hours searching for land online now and then.


I am sure some of you are wondering why we are not telling about our success stories. We have plenty of them. And of course, I am more than happy to review them with you. My job is to make sure we are a good fit with our franchisees. We are looking for go-getters who want to be super successful so they need to understand the process and be ready to commit. One session of our discovery process is all about the ins and outs of finding land so you can decide if ready to make the consistent commitment to make your self storage goals a reality.


All of our franchisees who have built have been wildly successful based upon the millions they have added to their bank accounts. And we expect to see the same for the franchisees who are heading to construction in 2024. I bet I have created more self-storage multi-millionaires than just about everyone.
